Products and prices

Product details, sizes, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product pages in Indian rupees. Please review them before ordering. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a listing error or unavailable item affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and arrange an applicable refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order sends us an order request. We may contact you to confirm details or stock before dispatch. The payment method shown at checkout applies; Cash on Delivery is currently available. Orders are accepted for delivery in India only. Do not send payment details through the contact form.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is currently free at checkout. We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 3–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time depends on courier serviceability and the destination PIN code. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Conditions, return-shipping responsibility and refund steps are explained on our Returns & Exchanges page. Approved Cash on Delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

Website use and changes

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and do not misuse the website. Site text, graphics and imagery may not be reused commercially without permission, except where law allows. External social and chat services have their own terms and privacy practices.
